BackRoads Winter 10k+ Running Program
Boost Your Endurance, Speed, and Performance this Spring!
The 10k+ program is the perfect option for those looking to stay fit or train for a 5K, 10K or up to a half-marathon! The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your endurance and speed. It is recommended that you can run 5K before starting this program.
Our 10k+ program has a structure that fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among runners who have a wide range of experience and abilities.

Engaging, High-Energy Workouts: Weekly structured sessions with a focus on having fun and experiencing group camaraderie

Weekly Group Workouts:

Tuesdays: 6:00 PM - Intervals/Repeats/Hills

Thursdays: 6:00 PM - Easy social runs (5k-10k) OR Threshold

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - Long runs - varied distances, regularly supported by hydration stations.
