Our 10 week rookie program starting Monday April 13th! Designed to help those looking to begin their running journey, or those returning after a long break from the sport. The gentle, progressive training starts with walking and jogging intervals. The program will help you complete a 5 km run at the END of the 10 week training block.

Join us for a BackRoads classic! Distance options include a 5km (starting and finishing at London Brewing), 11km, 15km, 19km & 26.2km. Finish the run with a BackRoads x London Brewing collaboration beer, food and a hang out with friends at the brewery!

The BackRoads walking group meets at the BackRoads taproom, setting out to leisurely explore local paths, trails and promote health building physical activity with a great, diverse crew. All are welcome with no registration necessary! Our walks are on Tuesday, Wednesdays & Saturdays, beginning at 9:15am.

Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!

After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. See you on Thursday!
