From beginners to experienced runners looking to improve their personal bests. BackRoads has an open door policy where everyone is welcome at any point in the year. BackRoads Run Club members will receive training programs and organized coaching to optimize their success.
Free Social Runs Every Thursday at 6pm
Bring a friend & join us every Thursday at 6PM for a free social run, 5k-10K routes will be provided, all paces welcome. Post run we love to socialize in our Taproom, where we offer craft beer, kombucha, coffee and more. See you Thursday!
Winter Distance Running Program
The BackRoads Distance Running Program is the perfect choice for runners looking to develop their endurance, speed, and race-day performance across half-marathon, ATB 30K, or full marathon distances in preparation for the Spring racing season.
Our Distance Program welcomes both half-marathon and marathon participants, with flexible group-led sessions designed to fit your schedule. This structure fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among our dedicated distance running group.
Participants will also receive exclusive discounts on shoes, nutrition and more.
10k+ Winter Running Program
The 10k+ program is the perfect option for those looking to stay fit or train for a 5K, 10K or up to a half-marathon! The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your endurance and speed. It is recommended that you can run 5K before starting this program.
Our 10k+ program has a structure that fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among runners who have a wide range of experience and abilities.
