Free Social Runs Every Thursday at 6pm

Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!

After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. It’s the perfect way to wind down and connect with fellow runners and build meaningful new connections. See you on Thursday!

Perfect for runners who are self-coached or coached independently. Designed for those that do not require access to one of our structured training programs, but still value the benefits of being a Run Club member and want train with a welcoming group!

Begins January 6th, 2026

10k+ Winter Running Program

The 10k+ program is designed for those looking to stay fit or train for a 5K, 10K or up to a half-marathon! The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your endurance and speed. It is recommended that you can run 5K before starting this program.

Our 10k+ program has a structure that fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among runners who have a wide range of experience and abilities.

Half-Marathon Winter Running Program

The Half Marathon Program is the perfect choice for runners who are looking to tackle a HM for the first time, or improve their speed over the distance utilizing a structured training plan.

New this season, we've decided to offer a two-tiered approach to this program so you can choose the benefits that fit your needs best. We've also enlisted the help of Brian Murphy and a team of 6 coaches, all with their own unique running backgrounds with the goal of creating a very relatable and supportive coaching team.

Marathon Winter Running Program

If you're aspiring to run your first marathon, or want to get faster at the distance, the Marathon Program is the right fit for you! The 16 week structured program will aim to systematically elevate your fitness to have you race ready by spring marathon season!

New this season, we've decided to offer a two-tiered approach to this program so you can choose the benefits that fit your needs best. We've also enlisted the help of Brian Murphy and a team of 6 coaches, all with their own unique running backgrounds with the goal of creating a very relatable and supportive coaching team.
