2025 Holiday Running Program
The BackRoads 6 week Holiday program returns! This year, we've enlisted Brian Murphy and his coaching team to provide an engaging training experience for runners of all levels.
If you are looking to keep running, stay fit, maintain or build fitness, and stay motivated during the shoulder season? This 6 week program will give you all of that before our winter training groups launch again in January 2025.
This program will help you prepare for our winter run programs, which include the 10k+, half-marathon & marathon programs. All group meet-ups will happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting from the store at 6:00pm, and Saturdays at 8:00am. This is an engaging, fun, and inclusive fitness program that will keep you accountable before the 2 week holiday break!
What's included:

6 week program from Tuesday, November 11th, to Saturday, December 20th
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 8:00am
- Instructors and Group Leaders who provide excellent support
- Private Facebook group for program updates, workout descriptions, and routes
- Distance ranges provided for every group run, generally between 5km and 12km
