2K Tuesdays - Begins May 6th
Get race day ready for the 2025 Forest City Road Races with BackRoads!
Each Tuesday at 6:30 pm starting on May 6th, we kick things off with a 20-minute talk/demo (weather permitting, in the amphitheater at Sifton Legacy Park), followed by a fun and engaging training session!
BackRoads Walking Group
We've started a walking group, meeting at the BackRoads taproom and setting out to leisurely explore local paths, trails and promote health building physical activity. All are welcome with no registration necessary! Our walks begin at 9:15am and the next dates are:

Thursday Night Free Social Run
Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!
After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. See you on Thursday!
