BackRoads Learn To Run Group
Our 10 week rookie program starting Monday April 14th! Designed to help those looking to begin their running journey, or those returning after a long break from the sport. The gentle, progressive training starts with walking and jogging intervals. The program will help you complete a 5 km run at the END of the 10 week training block.
BackRoads Run To London Brewing - April 12th
Our Spring destination run to London Brewing is coming up quick. Five distance options ranging from 5km -26km. Finish the run with a BackRoads X London Brewing collaboration beer, great food and hang out with friends at the brewery. This is a FREE event, but registration is mandatory.
BackRoads Walking Group
We've started a walking group, meeting at the BackRoads taproom and setting out to leisurely explore local paths, trails and promote health building physical activity. All are welcome with no registration necessary! Our walks begin at 9:15am and. the next dates are:

April 5th
April 11th
April 15th

Thursday Night Free Social Run
Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!
After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. See you on Thursday!
